SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS – Alamotape® believes in developing their employees to reach their highest potential, which is why they recently launched a new Apprenticeship Program. New hires or existing employees who participate in the Manufacturing Operator Apprenticeship Program go through a 12-month extensive training program focused on mastering manufacturing operations skills before becoming an Operator in the plant. Areas of job training include inspection, converting, and coating. In addition to competitive pay, monetary incentives will be awarded at the successful completion of each review.
“The Apprenticeship Program is a smart business investment; it allows our team members to learn the practical and theoretical aspects of a highly skilled occupation of a Manufacturing Operator,” said Dave Rosen, President of Alamotape. “Trainees can start working with hands-on training and earn a wage while learning key skills and gaining qualifications. We need operators who can perform well within the complexity of a roll-to-roll operation and have the versatility to easily work in different areas of the plant.”
